ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Availability: We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Project GRIT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
ORDER TRACKING
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your order using this number through our carrier's website.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We do ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it remains unclaimed, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@livesavageapparel.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Cancellations: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
